Stella Cheese Launched its Important Collection Imported from Italy

— July 6, 2022 — Lifestyle
With its 100th year on the horizon, Stella Cheese is paying homage to its roots will the reintroduction of two beloved classics -- the PDO-certified Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and the Grana Padano cheese. Both kinds of cheese are imported from northern Italy and "have a depth of richness and flavor that will instantly transport consumers to the countryside of northern Italy."

The Stella Parmigiano Reggiano Wedge & Shredded Cup was aged an extra ten months to allow for increased flavor development during the maturation process. It boasts a granular texture with rich flavors. The Stella Grana Padano Wedge, on the other hand, was aged an extra five months, giving the cheese a "medium seasoning" with mellow and nutty flavors.
