Considering how long the hot beverage has been around, it's amazing how unique ideas are still arising that make consuming your cuppa all the more convenient. The STEA Tea Infuser is one of such products, proposing a different way to deal with a teabag.
Fatih Can Sarioz's contraption takes a T-shaped form itself and its metal materiality incorporates a bit of a stiff spring. The effect allows the little kitchen accessory to function as tongs, except that you place the loose leaf sachet inside the closed end.
The resting state of the STEA Tea Infuser is open to let more water pass through the steeping pouch. The wings on the top of the device suspend the bag and keep it accessible for dry hands. Finally, once your brew is flavored to perfection, you can lift the STEA up and squeeze it to release excess liquid from the pouch.
