Playmates Launched a Series of Retro 'Star Trek' Figurines for Adults

Playmates announced the 'Star Trek Universe' collection of nostalgic toy figurines based on the popular sci-fi series 'Star Trek.' The Star Trek Universe collection features figurines from three of the most popular Star Trek series, including 'Discovery,' 'The Next Generation,' and 'Wrath of Khan.'

The figurines are replicas of characters, ships, and weapons in the series, including icons such as Spock, Picard, Kirk, and more. Additionally, the lineup features a replica Starship Enterprise and Phaser weapon. The figurines are almost 12-inches tall and feature 14 points of articulation, meaning they can be positioned into different display poses at will. The Starship Enterprise model, on the other hand, is 18-inches in size, featuring realistic proportions to itself, but not an equal scale to the crew models.
