Adorable Star-Themed Cafes

The Kiki & Lala Cafe Offers a Variety of Starry Menu Items

For a limited time, Sanrio is introducing a Kiki & Lala Cafe to Tokyo. The Sanrio characters Kiki and Lala, or "little twin stars" themselves provide the majority of the theme for the cafe, with most of its menu items being obviously star-shaped.

Kiki & Lala are Sanrio's second oldest characters, created just after the momentous success of Hello Kitty. The cafe is opening in collaboration with THE GUEST cafe in Toyko's Shibuya Parco Part 1 mall. Some of the unusually star-shaped foods that you can eat at the Kiki & Lala Cafe include pasta, tiny little blue and pink burgers (the colors of Kiki and Lala), plus both sweet and cheesy pancakes, and get star-shaped sugar cubes for your drinks.
