In&Motion designs the new STAN Airbag, which is a backpack for those that are on the go. Its notable element is the airbag that deploys to keep cyclists safe when they are on the road. Although they wear helmets, it only protects the head and the rest of the body may be exposed to other injuries.
The airbag seems like an inflatable design that resembles the look of a seahorse from some angles. The design is made to reduce the risk of head trauma by about 80% as it deploys at a quick speed of 0.1 seconds. When it is not deployed, it has a flat design and a compartment to hold daily items such as laptops and water bottles.
