To my best approximation, the Spring Chair is a solid floating ribbon that somehow manages to support the weight of whoever's sitting on it. It's safe to assume that you can sit upright on the Spring Chair (unlike the model pictured), and from the silhouette of this uniquely designed chair, I think it'd be pretty ergonomic.
The Spring Chair is made entirely from one solid sheet of stainless steel, and because of its shape, there is also some give to the chair for sitters to recline. The contours of the seat were made with comfort in mind, so even though you're sitting on metal, you're sure to still feel ultra comfortable. The chair also features some scintillating curves that are sure to inspire design and art fans alike.
