What better way to show off a sportswear collection than with a rigorous and demanding activity like parkour? This was exactly H&M's line of thinking in releasing this video for the release of this collection of activewear.

In order to put the garments to the test, the Swedish retailer enlisted the help from some of London's most agile in the Flow parkour community. The parkour professionals can be seen hopping from object to object through iconic landmarks like London's Underground, Trafalgar Square, culminating their city-hopping session in front of the Oxford Circus H&M location. If there was ever a fashion ad to make you want to get up and moving through London, this is it.
