Coca-Cola European Partners collaborated with mixologists on a series of dark spirit mixers that build on the taste of the original cola as a drink mixer. The Coca-Cola Signature Mixers include Smoky, Spicy, Herbal and Woody varieties, each of which is designed to pair with a different kind of spirit.
The Coca-Cola Signature Mixers Smoky Notes was created with Max Venning of London's Bar Three and Three Sheets and features notes of oak, ylang ylang, ambrette seed, dried fruit and warm brown spices. As such it is said to pair with spiced rums and premium whiskey spirits. Naturally, the spicy mixer is fiery with notes of lime, ginger, jalapeño, rosemary and jasmine that have the potential to accentuate a wide range of alcohol products, including spiced rums, as well as different kinds of tequilas and whiskeys.
