With comfort food more important now than ever, Panera has debuted a new Southwest Chicken Tortilla Soup. Alongside the new soup, Panera has also rolled out a fresh new Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad featuring a medley of fresh fruits.
Panera's new Southwest Chicken Tortilla Soup is similar to the Southwest Chicken Tortilla Bowl, which was introduced back in 2017. The new version starts with a rich roasted tomato and chili broth, which is combined with slow-simmered chicken, black beans, corn, poblano peppers, masa, hominy, lime, and cilantro. The whole thing is then topped with crunchy masa tortilla crisps.
