Innovative beverage company G-Zee Brands launched H2O Sonoma Soft Seltzer, which is touted as the first wine-infused non-alcoholic sparkling water in the world. The product is made by combining water with the juice of Californian wine grapes, plus dealcoholized wine and additional flavor extracts.
Already, three of eight flavors have been launched. Following Pinot Noir, Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc, the brand plans to launch other varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato and Zinfandel. These products were created to respond to the growing demand for no- and low-alcohol drinks, and the popularity of refreshing seltzers. Recognizing that people want flavorful alternatives to wine, the brand created a mineral-rich solution. In terms of taste, the product is said to be nuanced like wine but light, crisp and refreshing.
