Sweet and salty, the bite-sized seasoned soft pretzels are made with unsweetened almond or cashew milk, apple cider, coconut oil (or butter), brown sugar, instant rise yeast, salt, cinnamon and all-purpose flour. In addition to a boiling solution and egg wash, you will also need a separate set of ingredients for the apple cider glaze. This includes powdered sugar, apple cider and cinnamon. The glazed soft pretzel bites are also garnished with a sprinkling of sea salt that's optional.
