Free-From Homestyle Cookies

Simple Mills' Soft-Baked Cookies are Gluten-Free, Grain-Free and Paleo

Simple Mills recently added to its range of naturally gluten-free and paleo-friendly products with its Soft-Baked Cookies, which are made with simple, whole food ingredients.

The paleo-friendly, grain-free cookies use almond flour, plus honey and coconut sugar as natural sweeteners alongside other carefully selected ingredients to form flavors such as Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Toasted Coconut. On top of being free from GMO ingredients, soy, corn and dairy, the ready-to-eat Simple Mills Soft-Baked Cookies boast just five to six grams of sugar per serving.

A growing number of comfort foods, including the classic cookie, are being reformatted with clean, better-for-you ingredient lists that help to transform what is ordinarily seen as an indulgent eating experience in the eyes of consumers into one that feels guilt-free.
