Go-Gulf Web Technologies has compiled an infographic that outlines how most organizations use and structure their social media teams.

Those looking to work in the social media field as well as those looking to hire a social media team will benefit from this basic breakdown of how other companies work with this online marketing platform. The biggest goal for many teams is to increase brand awareness and while many companies expect daily social media activity, there is often a lack of manpower devoted solely to this task and, therefore, only 30% of companies are actually satisfied with the outcome.

While many organizations prefer the members of their social media teams to have a degree and experience, surprisingly those with only 1-3 years of experience are preferred over those with five and up.
