ASOS recently unveiled a new smart speaker shopping experience through Google Assistant that has the potential to help consumers discover newly released fashion styles across multiple categories.
Through the Google Assistant app or the Google Home smart speaker, consumers are now able to talk to "Enki," a shopping guide, via text or voice-based interactions. Through conversation, users will be able to discover the latest product releases from ASIS across six top womenswear and menswear categories.
When it comes to using the smart speaker for product discovery, people are able to refine their searches by color and other factors, and then have Enki add their selection to their cart. With artificial intelligence, Enki also shares highly customized weekly 'Your Edit' selections and 'You Might Also Like' suggestions.
