Smartphone-Controlled Scooters

This Smart Scooter Takes Commands of Your iPhone

Replacing the old-fashioned analog dial, an iPhone is the new dash screen for this smart scooter. The 'A4000i' electric scooter by Japanese company Terra Motors is the first ever in the world to have built-in iPhone connectivity. With a downloaded app, your phone screen becomes the digital dash of the scooter's performance. You will be able to check your phone screen for information like the bike’s remaining average speed, battery percentage and odometer. The app will also include GPS navigational assistance.

The bike has a designated slot where your iPhone is connected. Because everything is digitally displayed, the look of the app (which is also the scooter's dash) will be frequently updated by the company for upgraded service and assistance.
