Skin Pharm, a Nashville-based cosmetic dermatology clinic and results-driven skin care line founded by nurse practitioner Maegan Griffin, is expanding its East Coast presence with the opening of its fifteenth location in Arlington, Virginia, on February 26, 2026. This marks the brand's first entry into the Northeast region.

Skin Pharm's clinic, which is situated in the Ballston neighborhood at 3901 Fairfax Drive, offers a range of evidence-based treatments. The services include neuromodulators, regenerative skin treatments, microneedling, facial balancing, and the signature Gold Infusion, all performed by board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants with specialized training committed to natural, never-overdone results.

The space was designed by Nashville-based interior design firm Mrs. Paranjape. The interior blends classic architectural details with warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and vintage-inspired accents to create a timeless atmosphere that reflects both Arlington's charm and Skin Pharm's elevated approach to skin care.
