The Shuffle app lets users edit audio clips from podcasts and enhance them with visuals so that discovering new content is fun and dynamic. On the platform, users can add everything from images and GIFs to stickers and blocks of text.
When it comes to discovering new podcasts, people might get a recommendation from a friend or, by chance, come across a short audio clip shared to social media. Shuffle is on a mission to change the way podcasts are shared. As Shuffle co-founder and CEO Ada Yeo says, "Podcasts never ever go viral—why is that? It’s impossible for a two-hour MP3 file to go viral. It’s not built for the internet. You could have the best content in the world, but Joe Rogan still gets all the traffic because there’s a huge pileup."
