For consumers who want to make sure they are getting their money's worth, this shopping application allows users to name their price. Money-saving online marketplace Greentoe recently launched an Android option for their app following the success of their iOS version. This is ideal for people who haven't done their holiday shopping yet and want to make sure they are getting a good deal with the gifts they purchase.

To begin, users input the price they would pay for a product. The shopping application lets their network of authorized retailers know, and the first retailer to accept the offer gets the sale.

Greentoe chief executive Joe Marrapodi noted 20% of their business comes from mobile users, making this move an inclusive one.
