The basic principle is that a woman would enter a store to pick up a new pair of kicks. After having her foot measurements taken she would pick out a pair of shoes worry-free because the company's custom insole creator would let her rock her choice for as long as she needed to. To make the shoe stay more comfortable longer, the company developed an insert that is customized to fit any shoe using a combination of leather and a memory-foam material called Nitinol, which can be inserted into the shoe on the spot using the molding machine.
