FabFitFun, the brand best known for its subscription box service, is aiming to make its platform more of a social shopping experience with the launch of the new Shop with Friends feature. The new tool lets users invite three of their friends to virtually attend a members-only online sale. The friends can interact with each other in various ways as they browse the products.
FabFitFun also stated it will give members $10 credits for each friend who shops during the sale and a $15 credit for each friend who signs up to be a member. The week-long shopping event will take place between July 22 and July 26 with products marked up to 80% off.
