Perelló is expanding its pantry range with five shelf-stable Spanish foods that move the brand beyond Gordal olives and into quicker cooking. The Brindisa-owned label is adding chopped tomatoes, jarred sauces and peppers built for everyday meals.
The line includes 'Perelló Chopped Tomatoes,' made from pera tomatoes grown in Andalucía and processed within 24 hours, plus ready-to-use sauces such as 'Tomate Frito' and 'Sofrito de Pimiento.' That approach brings Spanish cooking bases into a form that works for sauces, rice, beans and plated dishes without the longer prep.
Available now through Brindisa, with selected items at Ocado and Booths in November, the range gives the brand a stronger grocery foothold in the UK. It also makes Spanish pantry cooking more accessible in a supermarket format, instead of something shoppers have to build from scratch.
