Middle Eastern Cuisine Pickles

The Mrs Elswood Made for Mezze Range is Packed with Flavor

The Mrs Elswood Made for Mezze range has been debuted in the UK by Empire Bespoke Foods as a series of pickled food products that respond to the increasing popularity of Middle Eastern cuisine. The products includes such options as semi-dried tomatoes, flame-roasted red peppers and spicy kebab peppers that are each versatile enough to be paired with a variety of fare. The products are great for pairing with traditional foods from Turkish, Greek and Middle Eastern cuisines, and will be arriving at a variety of food retailers, farm shops and wholesalers starting in February.

Senior Innovation Manager at Empire Bespoke Foods Jonathan Hehir spoke on the Mrs Elswood Made for Mezze range saying, "The vegetables are just so versatile. They are delicious on their own or when boosting other dishes, but they also add flavour and authenticity to traditional Mezze platters when served alongside chargrilled meat and vegetables, breads and dips."
