Not one for needles (who is?), I've never cared for what happens to them after they inflict their pain on me. Sharps Compliance, however, did and does. Following the waste conversion movement that has taken the world by storm, it has discovered a way to create cement out of medical materials.

Dubbed PELLA-DRX, Sharps Compliance believes that the 3 billion needles used annually (not including those used illegally) will provide a substantial amount of cement for industrial use. Although offering other waste-reducing options, Sharps Compliance thinks this one is the most promising.
