The Sharpie 'Uncap' campaign asks users, "What would the world be like without self expression?" Users are then asked to "uncap what's inside" and reveal their true expressions by using a Sharpie marker. The commercial is pretty cool, starting off in black and white and switching to color via Sharpie markers.
It shows someone giving an autograph, coloring their bike helmet and making colorful posters. The Sharpie Uncap campaign essentially asks to us to "imagine a world void of self-expression," which is impossible, thanks to Sharpie.
