Here's hoping that most people who take a much-needed seat at this Shark Attack Bench have actually taken notice of the startling sculpture on their approach. There would be few things as terrifying as suddenly discovering that you're beneath the teeth of a killer beast, the moment that you've begun to relax.
This gimmicky statue can be found outside of a shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand, seemingly poised to consume an old iron and wood seat. The creators of the piece went beyond just placing the enormous head of the petrifying giant fish upon the pavement. They've actually gone as far as to surround it with broken stone tiles and to sink one leg of the Shark Attack Bench down below the surface of the sidewalk.
