'CultureSphere' is a new platform that allows employees to determine what content they should share on social media. While many companies encourage their employees to have an active online presence, senior executives often have the final say on what is shared. This app provides a new platform for employees to have a say in what is shared online.
As CultureSphere founder Danny Gordon explains, the new app is "the first social media platform that’s 100 percent inspired by employees." Instead of letting employers choose what their workers share, this platform allows employees to have a say in what they share on social media. The service works by allowing employees to upload their photos and videos in a company-specific feed. Designated curators can then sort through the content and help select items that should be shared more broadly.
The platform provides a more fair and equitable way for companies to curate employee-driven social media content.
