Instead, the Shangri-La Paris tea service uses only ethically sourced vegetables and fruits, including a variety of creative ingredients like nut milks, coconut flour and maple syrup.
The enticing pastries on the menu include a flavorful orange mousse and almond-hazelnut biscuit calisson, a rich chestnut and black currant Mont-Blanc and a 100% pure origin Peruvian chocolate tart.
