Authorities in the city of Syracuse in New York State have released an innovative new civic service app that is designed to make it easier than ever for residents of the city to go about reporting problems and requesting maintenance and related services in the city.
The 'SYRCityline' service app is designed specifically for non-emergency requests such as open litter, growth of weeds in public greenspaces, damaged street furniture and potholes, to name a few examples.
