One interesting trend growing in popularity is song collaboration, where, in this case, a new company named Golosio, puts together two different melodies from rhythm tracks they send to songwriters.
Golosio, a music licensing company, was put together by Doug Colosio, who has played keyboard for years with Merle Haggard, and electronic artist ‘The G-Man.’
According to G-Man, songwriters have had a lot of interest in putting songs together in a serial fashion, and have responded very positively to the initiative.
G-Man adds that they’re putting together an album with each version of the tunes included.
Some of the writers working for Golosio from a variety of music genres include James Sotelo, Scott Joss, Mel J, Dave Churchill, Dennis Barney, Jim Dyer and Wayne Dean.
