Saniya Kantawala Designs (SKD) designed the Sen Residence which is located in Mumbai, India, and is defined by its immersive family experience. It is made to be a reflection of Shubhra Sen, which is a notable jewelry designer based in Dubai, and Sushmita Sen.
The penthouse home is two stories and houses four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a series of shared spaces that take over an open plan. There is also a long spine in the middle that is formed to open the main area for a more spacious feel. The lower level has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The upper level is home to a lounge and the other two bedrooms.
