The Wash&Drive; Will Cost 12 Million Euro to Develop

Over 12 million euros will be invested into Wash&Drive;, a self-serve car wash network that will be built in over twenty Latvian cities.

Over the course of the next couple of years, forty of these Wash&Drive;'s will be built, allowing an estimate of 20,000 automobiles to go through per day. The self-serve format is very attractive, since drivers are often deterred by the long lines and high prices of traditional car washes. In contrast, the Wash&Drive; self-serve car wash will take an average of five to seven minutes, and will charge motorists a modest two euros.

The first of the forty car washes opened in the parking lot of the Sky and More shopping mall in Riga, with the next to follow in Liepaja this May.
