The selfie was one of the biggest buzz words of 2013 but the selfie video could definitely be up next. Being able to document progress and different changes in location and look could create a huge boom for phone photographers, self-improvement junkies and adventurers alike and Kolby Kirk falls into the latter two.
Kolby Kirk started a project back in 2011 that would see him take a selfie a day for 159 days while travelling the Pacific Coast Trail, also referred to as the PCT. This hike caused some chances in Kolby and we get to see it all documented right before us in High-definition.
The main change was that Kolby lost a whopping 90 pounds on his journey of self-improvement but the other possibly equally outstanding story is that beard. His magnificent man mane grew into its own on that trip and it's beautiful to behold.
