Forget about traditional shelves or other storage tools, the Self Organizing Unit introduces a new and revolutionary way to keep your stuff neatly in place for the next time you need to use them. A felt and velcro system, it is a series of pockets that attach and detach to the walls in a modular fashion.
Created by the young South Korean designers of Euljiro Studios, the Self Organizing Unit made its debut during the International Design Festival in Berlin. As PSFK reports, these designers probably got one hell of a workout during this exhibition as they continuously demonstrated the capabilities of the Self Organizing Unit by energetically rearranging the velcro attached units along felted walls. The goal of this unique system is to utilize space in a simple easy-to-use way.
