Seaweed-Infused Seasoning Salts

This Seaweed Sea Salt Blend Was Made in Wales for Liberty London

Mermaid Confetti from Liberty London is a proprietary blend of laver and dulse seaweed flakes and sea salt. Produced by the Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company in Pembrokeshire, Wales, for the department store's private label brand, the Mermaid Confetti is an ideal gourmet seasoning salt for enhancing a Sunday roast, baked goods or a variety of brunch dishes. In order to create the luxurious blend, the laver and dulse seaweed flakes have been hand-picked from remote rock pools that dot the Pembrokeshire coastline in Wales.

Liberty London is an iconic West London department store known for its wide selection of luxury goods and stunning Tudor Revival architecture. Other highly covetable food items available from the store's private label include jams by Rosebud Preserves, chocolates by Pump Street and small-batch gins by Jensen’s.
