The Screaming Banshee motorcycle horn is a welcome addition for those who want to ensure that they are both seen and heard while on the road.
Traditional bike horns may get a motorist's attention if they are directly beside the rider who is honking, but they are typically hard to hear over the other noise pollution on the street.
Being heard and seen is especially important on a motorcycle as they can sometimes be hidden from view from larger vehicles on the road, which is why Peter Olt developed the 139 decibel horn to keep bikers on the radar.
The attachment alters both the pitch and the intensity of the horn honk depending on how loud the cyclist needs to be in a given situation. It also triggers the front LED lights of the bike, causing them to rapidly blink to ensure that other drivers know where the cyclist is.
