The Scion FR-S Release Series Offers Serious Value For Money

The Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0 is a limited edition version of the 200-horsepower Scion FR-S that offers a slew of equipment and body upgrades while still being relatively affordable, at under $30,000.

The car made its debut at the New York Auto Show early this year before arriving at dealerships this week. This limited edition vehicle includes a quad tip exhaust, TRD lowering springs and an aerodynamics package including a custom rear spoiler. The car lights up the road ahead with its HID headlamps and LED daytime lamps, and lights up passers-by with its bright yellow paint job.

The car starts at $29,990 with six-speed manual transmission or $31,090 for a six-speed automatic configuration.
