Middle Eastern-Inspired Sauce Expansions

Sababa Foods Expands Reach of Its Saturday Sauce

Sababa Foods has expanded the distribution of its Saturday Sauce across the northeastern United States. The brand has debuted 16-ounce jars of both Mild and Slightly Spicy varieties at prominent East Coast supermarkets, including DeCicco & Sons and Union Market, with Fairway Market set to join the lineup soon.

The Saturday Sauce offers a Middle Eastern interpretation of the traditional Italian Sunday sauce. The recipe is positioned as a versatile culinary staple that can function as a sauce, dip, condiment, accompaniment, or marinade. Founder Amy Dell shares about the product: "These sauces are the foundation of countless meals I grew up enjoying—from slow-cooked dishes to simple, flavorful meals - that I now cook for my own family. Knowing that customers will be able to take my sauces home, especially from stores so committed to the quality of the products they sell, and use them to create delicious meals is truly rewarding."
