The Santa's Helper infographic reveals some shocking statistics on the spending habits of men and women over Christmas.

The common stereotype of women being the big spenders has been crushed by the Santa's Helper infographic. When it comes down to gifts, holiday greeting cards, decorations and food, the men are the victors. Ranked in categories of gifts for friends, family, coworkers and decorations as well as micro categories such as discount, online and grocery shopping, electronics stores and many others, the habits of males versus females are dissected and displayed in these graphs. But when it comes down to it, although the males on average spend more than women over the holidays, the total amount is only approximately a $50 difference.
