Digital kiosk technology leader Vengo is introducing what it calls "the first end-to-end contactless sampling solution for a post-COVID-19 world" in the form of a contactless sampling station. To address the fact that people are looking to carry on with life and discovering products in a way that keeps them feeling safe, Vengo is introducing a new way to safely get samples in the hands of consumers.

The contactless sampling solution connects kiosks with mobile phones, so that a Vengo machine number can be entered into a phone to launch an interactive brand experience and collect a sample straight from the machine. By working with consumers who have opted into the experience, brands and retailers also have the advantage of working with unique consumer preferences.
