At the Winter Fancy Food Show, superfood snack company Natierra introduced its Himalania Pink Salt Flakes and InkaSalt Flakes, which set themselves apart in the salt market with pyramid-shaped forms.
To create these unique and 100% natural sale flakes, Natierra first prepares a salt brine from specially selected reserves that support a natural preparation process. From there, the brine is evaporated to create "fleur de sel" and begin the crystallization process in a greenhouse. Over time, the brine develops into crystal forms that are distinctly pyramid-like. At this time, only the perfectly formed salt flakes are picked out by hand for sale.
