UP Express recently enlisted the help of BBDO creative industry to launch a new campaign "honoring unexpected heroes" called Safety Never Stops.
The Safety Never Stops campaign seeks to "deliver on not just awareness, but assurance in UP Express. The... platform has even informed safety actions and communications throughout the Metrolinx organization." The campaign includes three hilarious videos that showcase the new measures being taken in amid the "new normal" as "an ode to the unknown heroes of cleanliness and safety at UP Express." The spots include 'Face Coverings,' 'Enhanced Cleaning,' and Everything We're Doing.'
During a confusing time, brands that reassure and prioritize consumers will win consumer loyalty and brand awareness in the long run.
