Kenneth Cobonpue's Safari Planters Have a Wild Whimsy to Them

It is pretty neat to see how something so minimalist like these Safari Planters can still be rife with character. In this case, it is not just general, ambiguous character either, but exotic character. As though channeling the rare beasts that would be found roaming the plains of Africa, each plant holder has a graceful, animalistic quality that really enhances its surroundings.

Created by Kenneth Cobonpue for Hive, the Safari Planters' charms lie in the stances of these long-legged, boxy, yet curvy containers. From tall 'giraffe' to squat 'hedgehog' molds, the Safari Planters have a wild whimsy about them. Made out of naturally crushed stones, they are available in natural, terracotta, gray and black shades in a range of different sizes.
