Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Trail Hunt Edition Launches as 20-Unit Korea Exclusive

The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Trail Hunt Edition is a limited-run off-road vehicle released exclusively in South Korea, with only 20 units produced. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Trail Hunt Edition is based on the Rubicon Hard Top and integrates factory-installed Jeep Performance Parts and Mopar accessories, including a 2-inch lift kit, beadlock wheels, roof rack with side ladder, and protective exterior components. These upgrades are engineered and installed at the factory rather than added aftermarket.

The vehicle is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing approximately 272 horsepower, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a Rock-Trac four-wheel-drive system with a 4:1 low-range ratio. It includes Off-Road Plus mode for terrain-specific performance adjustments and offers up to 12.9 inches of ground clearance. The model is positioned as an expedition-ready build, combining mechanical upgrades with limited production availability in two exterior color options.

Factory-installed Performance Upgrades
Integrating performance parts and accessories at the factory creates new product differentiation by merging OEM reliability with traditionally aftermarket customization.
Limited-run Exclusives
Ultra-low production runs create scarcity-driven demand and premium pricing opportunities through region-specific exclusivity models.
Expedition-ready Urban Off-roading
Combining high-clearance, advanced drivetrain modes, and consumer-friendly powertrains signals a shift toward capable off-road vehicles designed for both extreme trails and metropolitan lifestyles.

Where This Applies

Automotive Manufacturing
OEMs can leverage modular assembly lines and integrated accessory workflows to offer factory-customized variants without heavy aftermarket dependence.
Aftermarket Parts and Accessories
Proliferation of factory-installed upgrade packages challenges independent suppliers to adapt toward co-development, branding, or niche specialization.
Luxury Collectible Vehicles
Limited-edition models positioned by region or features create a secondary market dynamic where provenance and rarity materially affect valuation.
