Rowing Blazers Debuts a Vintage Collection of Preppy Basics

Rowing Blazers is releasing a vintage collection for Summer 2022 that channels the aesthetics of Japanese sportswear and All-American fashion. Rowan Blazers is known for preppy, uniform-style releases, and this launch continues with the addition of everyday essentials. Rowing Blazers is no stranger to experimenting with color and pattern, and this collection uses multiple shades including navy, red, yellow, and more.

T-shirts, rugby shirts, polos, and sweatpants come as part of the basics line and are reminiscent of vintage Japanese apparel. Rowing Blazers founder Jack Carlson explained the inspiration behind the collection, stating: “The collection of elevated basics [is] inspired by my visits to Japanese vintage shops and the awesome quality sweats, tees, and polos you find there. I realized they feel fundamentally different from their equivalents that are being produced today. And not just because they’re old. It’s how they were made.”

The Summer 2022 collection is available on the Rowing Blazers website.
