In the fall of this year—just in time for the Christmas season—baby Rizmo will be "landing" on Earth, introducing kids to a cuddly plaything that "has traveled from the far reaches of the universe in search of love, music and dance." Unlike many plush toy companions that are clearly recognizable as a cat, dog, bear or some other sort of identifiable creature, Rizmo is a curious critter from outer space.
In the first part of a video series called A Rizmo Story, the interactive plush toy is shown landing on the planet like a comet, making unintelligible sounds and lighting up in response to kids. The video also serves to introduce kids to the energetic Rizmo dance routine and song.
