The Rinspeed Bamboo Provides Summer Fun With Zero Emissions

I cannot wait for the 2011 Geneva Motor Show after seeing the Rinspeed BamBoo. Rinspeed is set to debut the BamBoo, an electric car constructed of bamboo fibers, at the show in March of 2011.

The Rinspeed BamBoo is an electric vehicle powered by LiFePO4 batteries, giving the Bamboo a top speed of 120kph, with a range of about 105km at 90kph. The Rinspeed Bamboo has a unique body that features no windows in the back, along with a removable roof. The Rinspeed BamBoo combines a lot of interesting elements and I can't wait to see it in Geneva in March.
