'The Wind Rises,' the last anime by legendary director Hayao Miyazaki is translated into pixelated art works by digital artist Richard Evans. The film made its North American debut in February of this year and recently premiered in the UK with great anticipation from animated film fans.

In celebration of the premiere and all of Studio Ghibli's other popular films, the Birmingham-based artist created this series of pixelated art works. Each of the masterpieces feature popular Anime characters that are brought to life with a colorful palette.
