When Hojeong (Connie) Mun first came to Canada from South Korea, she was shocked to find so many Korean people running Japanese restaurants. She describes that it's easy to set up a sushi restaurant, but Korean food is harder to prepare, which is why there are so few places to discover great Korean food. At Kobob Burger, Mun aims to have fun with food, as dishes like the rice burger convey.
