One of the newest and most exciting additions to the menu at P.F. Chang's are a bunch of tasty restaurant meals that are served on small, shareable platters. The Small Plates menu is made up of a range of items to choose from, including Jicama Street Tacos, Saigon Summer Rolls, Chicken Satay, a Kale & Quinoa Dip and even a couple sushi items. New on the restaurant's specialty menu is Chang's Lobster Rice, which is prepared with fresh lobster, fried rice, mushrooms, peppers, edemame and garlic butter.

Now that many people are eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day, these platters give diners a chance to indulge in a light sampling of more menu options. Made with a range of fresh ingredients like vegetables and herbs, these bite-sized meals also appeal to consumers who are mindful of health.
