The Rest & Renew Program features a curated pillow menu, sleep masks, blackout curtains, a noise machine, earplugs on-demand meditation, a lullaby music library, and refreshing treatments. The extensive pillow menu includes the 5-Foot Body Cushion, the Water Filled, the Anti-Snore, and the Sleep Sucess Back Sleeper, among others. In addition, the hotel serves bedtime snacks that are low-protein, low-sugar snacks that should be eaten 90 minutes before bedtime.
